Account Registration
You may register using a valid email address or through an official Auth Provider. Using an invalid or fake email is not allowed and may result in account deletion. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Sharing or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
Premium Accounts
- Premium features are available for $4.99 USD.
- Premium access is automatically applied upon successful payment.
- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for premium purchases.
- We reserve the right to revoke premium access without refund if you violate our terms.
Payment Disputes & Fraud
- Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Initiating a chargeback for a valid purchase will result in an immediate permanent ban from laced.bio.
- Stolen Credit Cards / Fraudulent Payments: If a payment is made using stolen or unauthorized financial information, the associated account(s) will be terminated immediately, and the incident may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action and/or involve collections services in the case of chargeback fraud.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in the following:
- Account Selling or Trading – You may not sell, rent, or trade your account.
- Botting or Fake Engagement – Any use of bots, automated systems, or third-party tools to inflate views or stats is strictly prohibited and monitored.
- NSFW or Inappropriate Content – laced.bio is not a platform for adult, sexually explicit, violent, or hateful content. This includes but is not limited to nudity, pornography, or graphic violence.
- Impersonation or Fraud – Do not impersonate others or provide false information.
- Malicious Activity – You may not upload viruses, malware, or attempt to harm the platform or its users.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these terms or for behavior we deem harmful to the community or the service. Terminated users are not entitled to refunds.
Intellectual Property
All content you create remains yours, but by using laced.bio, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and host your public content. Our branding, design, and code are protected and may not be reused or copied without permission.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use laced.bio, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or third-party actions.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of laced.bio after such changes constitutes acceptance.
